We're proud to serve Tanamera Coffee — Indonesia's most celebrated specialty roastery. Founded in 2013 with a single mission: to show the world what Indonesian coffee is truly capable of.

"Tanamera" comes from tanah (earth) and merah (red) — a nod to the volcanic red soils that give Indonesian coffee its extraordinary character. Every bean we use is single-origin, specialty grade, and traceable from farm to cup.

Aceh Gayo
Sumatra · Highland Arabica
Full-bodied and intense, with notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and a lingering earthy depth from the highland mist.
Bali Batukaru
Bali · Kintamani Arabica
Bright citrus acidity with notes of caramel and a hint of orange — grown in the volcanic shadow of Bali's sacred mountains.
Mandailing
North Sumatra · Arabica
Smooth and syrupy with rich caramel sweetness, cedar, and a cedar-spice finish beloved by espresso lovers worldwide.
Flores
Flores · Volcanic Arabica
Medium body, stone fruit sweetness, and a clean, floral finish — shaped by the island's dramatic volcanic terroir.
Toraja
Sulawesi · Highland Arabica
Complex and spiced — herbaceous and slightly earthy with layers of dark cherry, clove, and a remarkably long finish.

Harvest
Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked at peak aromatic oil content.

Sort
Cherries are floated to remove defects — only the best sink.

Process
Pulping, fermentation, and washing in pure mountain spring water.

Dry
Slow-dried to below 12.5% moisture over 2–3 weeks for perfect preservation.

Roast
Master roasters craft individual profiles per origin to unlock each bean's character.
